There are just 60 total sponsored complimentary passes and hotel rooms (worth $2,595) available for this Summit.  These will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so make sure you register TODAY!

Simply complete the form below to apply for a Summit Pass. Once we have received your application we will qualify you against the delegate criteria.

To qualify for a free ticket you must be an executive working in a senior supply chain role for a pharmaceutical manufacturer, a medical devices manufacturer, other life sciences manufacturer, or hospital or clinic.  Eg.  SVP/VP of Supply Chain, Transport or Logistics, CSCO, or equivalent, or directly nominated representative.

Please note that this is an application for a sponsored ticket. Neither your ticket nor your hotel room is guaranteed until you receive confirmation correspondence from eyefortransport. Hotel rooms are very limited. Due to limited availability, not all sponsored passes may include a complimentary room.
